Whole fresh lemons are the secret to this balanced Bridgeland Limoncello. We suspend the lemons in clear grape spirit base so they can infuse into the spirit for months and then lightly sweeten with local Calgary honey before bottling.

Every great drink starts with the ingredients. Our Gewürztraminer brandy is no different. While many brandy and cognac distillers use the leftovers from winemaking, we do the opposite. We choose the best grapes grown in the Okanagan, turn them into delicious wine and then distill that into brandy that sets the standard.

OUR STORY

What if we focused on barrel-aged spirits?
That’s the inspiration founders Jacques and Daniel had when they opened Bridgeland Distillery 8 years ago.

Every sip of Bridgeland Distillery’s whiskies starts in a farmer’s field, labelled on each bottle.
Tradition, innovation, and terroir inspire the process. Founders Jacques and Daniel work with local farmers, craft maltsters, and the Calgary weather to build a Canadian whisky terroir worth talking about. The dedication to place carries through in every step. Milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, barrel-aging, and bottling happen in their small but state-of-the-art distillery in the heart of Calgary. Hands-on tours invite you to experience (and taste!) this process yourself.
