We suspend the lemons in clear grape spirit base so they can infuse into the spirit for months and then lightly sweeten with local Calgary honey before bottling. Without the cloying sweetness (or the bitterness the sweetness is trying to cover) of a traditional version, sip the Bridgeland Limoncello neat or use it like an innovative mixologist in cocktails that will keep your guests guessing.
