MOSCATO BRANDY
Brandy is a natural evolution from Daniel’s family history of winemaking. It started with the question, “If we make a really good wine, will it make a really good brandy?” The answer was yes and the judges thought so too. Our Moscato brandy won the best in the world award in 2023 and continues to be one of our top sellers.
Still: Copper Pot Still
Base: 100% California Moscato grapes
Distillation: Small-batch, 2x distilled
Oak Barrel: Double Oaked with New Bulgarian and finished in mature French Oak casks.
Without additives, colouring or chill filtration.
Nose:
Expressive and fruit-forward with dried apricots leading the way, followed by ripe peaches, cantaloupe, and melon. Floral notes mingle with caramel, wildflower honey, and soft vanilla.
Palate:
Apricot remains centre stage, joined by honeyed orange blossom, caramel, and delicate white florals. A subtle almond-like note reminiscent of amaretto adds richness alongside honeydew melon.
Finish:
Silky and fragrant with lingering apricot, honey, and delicate floral sweetness.
