BADABING
Every brandy starts somewhere. For us, that’s Badabing, the base of our Moscato brandy before it’s aged, fresh off the still and full of Bridgeland character. Bright, expressive, and surprisingly layered, it’s just as good sipped neat as it is mixed into cocktails. Think of it as a clear spirit with far more to say than vodka.
Still: Copper Pot Still
Base: 100% California Moscato grapes
Distillation: Small-batch, 2x distilled
Without additives or chill filtration.
Nose:
Light and delicate with unripe peach and nectarine, preserved lemon, and white pepper. Subtle creamy sweetness and green agave-like notes sit alongside fragrant florals reminiscent of osmanthus.
Palate:
Fresh and aromatic with layers of soft florals and green botanical notes, supported by gentle citrus brightness.
Finish:
Clean and lightly perfumed, leaving a delicate impression of stone fruit, citrus peel, and soft florals.
