The vine, refined by time and oak
Combining the tradition of Bianco with the innovation of aging, our Eau de Vigne Barrique amplifies the sweetness and spice of the original. It’s our co-founder Daniel’s heritage of Italian winemaking, meeting the influence of the cask for an elevated version of a time-honoured tradition.
Nose:
Highly aromatic with fresh green tea, matcha, and jasmine. Earl Grey tea with bergamot lifts the profile alongside bright lemon zest.
Palate:
Complex and botanical with potpourri-like florals and pronounced Earl Grey tea. Herbal notes of sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, and lemon thyme mingle with gentle tannins and dried cranberry.
Finish:
Dry and elegant with lingering tea tannins, citrus peel, and softly fading herbal notes.
