Single malt to us is something you can trace all the way down to the exact field of barley printed on the label, the specific Alberta craft malthouse (Red Shed Malting), and the precise distillation and aging in the heart of Calgary. It’s our way of bottling place and process.

Still: Custom-designed traditional Copper Pot Still
Base: 100% Penhold Rocky mountain malt
Distillation: Small-batch, 2x distilled
Oak Barrel: New and used American casks.
Without additives, colouring or chill filtration.
Nose:
Deeply inviting with hickory smoke and charred cedar layered over spiced vanilla and honey. Notes of cinnamon, snickerdoodles, hazelnuts, pralines, peanut brittle, and milk chocolate create a warm dessert-like aroma.
Palate:
Lush and confectionary with caramel, honey, and toffee. Nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar give it a bakery-like warmth, while milk chocolate, mocha, and delicate pastry notes reminiscent of mille-feuille round out the profile.
Finish:
Creamy vanilla malt with lingering sweet baking spices and soft chocolate warmth.
